Excellent helpful video, a 10 second search on how to adjust my Rockdoor and this is the perfect answer. Door adjusted, 10 years old and still perfect.

Brilliant. I've been struggling with a sticking door for weeks now. The next step was to use a plane.....until I found this instructional video. Many thanks.

At 2:42 it shows that the hinge rebates in the door are substantial, whereas there is no corresponding depth of rebate in the frame. On the frame side the hinge sits in the draught excluder slot. Why didn't Rock made the hinge supports equal on both sides? It appears to me that there is not enough vertical support from the frame for these doors as the hinge is flush mounted on the frame side.

I have a door with the same hinge style but nowhere to adjust with an allen key! Just a bolt in each hinge - is this just a horrible installation? I can't think of how to adjust it other than physically unscrewing the hinge and placing it in another spot. Mad :O

Just checked my neighbour's door. All the hinges are rebated and covered so the whole thing looks so much better.

I spent several hours on my door after fitting a new wink Haus lock assembly. Only to realise that the stupid installer had misfitted the latches at the wrong locations. He also cut out a ridge to fit the latch when there wasn't a need to. Had he measured up properly, the lock wouldn't have broke and neither would I have had to fork out £126. I guess I've still saved a fortune fixing it myself. A locksmith would have charged at least £300 for the job.
