I think Sketchy's "boss phase" is actually one of the more intimidating boss phases, mainly because it starts with him ripping his head open
That's probably because instead of just getting really mad he goes fuckin' mental, which means he at least a bit more unpredictable.

I love the Easter eggs in the background. Particularly the tributes to all the web series.
Eddsworl, Madness combat. But the one that was most represented is probably the least well known. BFDI! Ever wondered why there was a pencil holding a pencil holding a… you get the point. Or a scribbled out pin? Those are bfdi references! And (I think?) the coin laying down is also coiny! A character from the show. You should check it out. It is fantastic! Particularly for 8 to 13 year olds.

I'm not sure if anyone noticed this, but the creator watches BFDI. I can see Coiny and Blocky on Sketchy's side, and on Boyfriend's side, I see a scribbled out Pin and the thing Pencil drew on her test in one of the episodes. And BFDI is probably the idea of where Sketchy's name came from.
