I hate it when people criticise Liam for not looking after his voice, or whinge about how he's lost it in the 2000s. He still sounds good, especially at the gig. But recordings like this demonstrate his immense passion and unreal vocals in the early days. No one could continue singing like this for hundreds and hundreds of gigs. He sang for the moment, lived the rock n roll lifestyle, and can still smash other frontman and vocalists out the park. Prime Liam, say from here to 2000, is just untouchable though.

Tony's drumming was raw and made oasis sound awsome..along with guigsy's bass and liams voice at its finest made them untouchable. Just another British band doing what we do best :)

Ha very true - Tony Carrol remains to me one of the greatest drummers up with ringo from Beatles and kasabians drummer - he is propping this machine like a Lancaster bomber engine especially on the original - the moment they got rid of him it was the end - same as replacing sex pistols glen Matlock with ‘Sid Vicious’ who couldn’t even play the bass ffs... so many undiscovered tracks they could have made but were never created - but can still appreciate what was made when they were on point
