Yep. People need to realize that even though it's a better bat, plenty of current MLB players used the same ones and no one has hit it further than him.

It is ridiculous to see college level athletes playing with aluminum bats. Over 18 amateur leagues in the rest of the world are mandating wood bats on this level.
How tho, do you teach a college star whose Homeruns are between 320 ft & 510 ft what it’s like to only get a Homer at 370ft plus and now using wooden bats at the professional level ? Wooden bats are known for less power and distance Which is why guys like Bryce Harper went on several steroid cycles and hormone therapies to double his size from when he entered the league.
@@Zane_Zaminsky Inky used ALUMINUM bats. Pure aluminum not the BBCor alloys. The man was flat out lethal. Thankfully, coaches got the msg and put those aluminum monsters out of the game. He could still hit 'em long but with aluminum. . it was criminal.

That swing + follow through is a work of art. And he looks extremely strong. Gonna be fun to watch in the majors.
He’s strong af dude is a unit
.428 28 homers a .862 SLUG a .529 obs 55 ribs what a year for this man
Nobody can argue. This dude is fun to watch!! Wish he was on my team.
He is a pleasure to have on the Gators. Could've seen his last game as a Gator the other day sadly.
Dayum this young man is a beast
He has MLB superstar written all over him. Worth #1 pick
and on top of hitting 9 in consecutive games, he hit 8 in the previous 11 games 😱
And he had to face a cheating pitcher for his first AB and got intentional walked in game 10 before hitting 2 homers in game 11.
#savethestreak YES! And put respect back on his name,record-keepers!
He’s a bad dude. Got to love the new bats. He’s huge also, 516 is a long way even with those bats.

Bryce Harper swing--- lower body is the power & upper body just attacks the ball--
Well, he sure as heck isn’t afraid of left-handed pitchers
He's a lot better vs. them for some reason
I think he basically just copied Harper’s swing. Smart guy.
Good call!! Youre a gentleman and a scholar
Strider might have to fight Jac for who got the biggest ham hocks.
He reminds me of Carlos Delgado. Big lefty with a similar looking swing.
Exactly
Perfect description. Stance is almost identical.
I think this person is Right.. a lot Carlos Delgado in him... but is he using a wooden bat ?
The way he follows thru reminds me of belly

Yeah he's a unit
That's one of the prettiest swings I've seen.
Modern day chipper jones
Except for the fact Chipper was a switch hitting 3B and Calianone is a lefty hitting 1B/pitcher, yes, totally the same lol.
"And with the 1st pick of the 2024 MLB draft. The Cleveland Guardians select...."
Thanking the lord that he slipped to the Royals at 6 lol
People in Kauffman will have posters of the baby from The Incredibles every time he hits a home run. Like if you understand that I'm a dad.
Guardians have too draft this kid no doubt
Special talent
100%!!!!

The same way every other player that’s in the majors that couldn’t hit as well with an aluminum bat learned to hit them with a wood bat.
