Some good thoughts leading to next lung surgery

My next surgery is booked for a week from today and not surprisingly, I'm concerned about what my breathing capacity will be. In this video, I reflect on how good activities from the past can help me gain some clarity of thinking and hope for what is to come. It's been a good week for many reasons and I remain hopeful for an uneventful procedure next week.

Find a PT and after the surgery, do Strenght Training tailormade for You .
Walking in the Woods are Grear for The Lungs . The Training can optimize your Lungs ,it is Maybe Boring but please try .
I had big problems whit my Lungs,and Strength Training helped me ,snd Cardio .
