U din't mention baking powder in recipe.nd I followed that 😢
in my personal recipe, i usually put about 1tsp baking soda....it helps make the texture chewier (in my opinion). i believe baking powder would give it a slight cakier texture (should be fine if you only put a tiny bit)?
the baking time is also different on the recipe...but i recommend underbaking, so 35-40min so that it stays fudgy (what was mentioned in this vid) :)

@@VITOR-bb3fo Sorry for the inconvenience, thank you very much for responding. Thank you very much.
Made it twice now but didn’t turn out red at all ☹️ but it was yummy ig
It might be the kind of food coloring you use of the amount
@@sebastiansaveca777 I added extra table spoons on the first batch cus the dough turned brown after adding the coco powder and even more on the second batch but it still didn’t turn out red no matter how much I added and trust me, I added a lot 😅 and the food colouring is very thick and concentrated so it can’t be that 🙁
Try adding 1/2 tsp of vinegar toenhance the red color😊
@@gv5796 thanx I’ll give it a go the next time I make it ☺️
