The ice cube idea is a great hack. I usually sprinkle water. The reason I do it is because reheating in the microwave, toaster oven or oven dehydrates the food and ruin the food. So keep doing the hack!

Sardines are high in Omega 3. One of 3 omega 3 fish. Others are Mackerel and salmon. It's stinky but good for you. Lots of lemon juice and lemon pepper makes it palatable.
