This is the first video I see on this page, but I would recommend to the boys that they do their homework and know the history before interviewing someone so that they can ask better questions. Some of the questions were repetitive and it seems they don’t know a lot about the history of the artists the has signed in the past. You also have to be impartial and not be kissing ass. As far as del villar I don’t believe much of what he said, you can tell he is trying to sell himself as someone he is not. I have many years of experience reading people and can tell he is bullshitting.

This is the first video I see on this page, but I would recommend to the boys that they do their homework and know the history before interviewing someone so that they can ask better questions.
