The character choice here is perfect. neither scout nor soldier actually have the brainpower to understand Spy just cheated like 3 different times in under a minute. Good stuff!

The ones that do feature the TF2 mercs tend to have them with distorted faces, different outfits, or them pretending to be different characters/ real people. This Animation is just the Mercs hanging out and that's cool
It's well done I like the style, my only advice is to add music to the backround. Something to make it a little homey, like a couple a buddies hanging out in there garage.

I love how you did not use sentence mixing or AI, you just found a way to make the voice lines fit in a context, which personally I find much cooler. Also really like the angles, the timing, the way you cut away from Scout talking to Soldier which reflects the fact that they're not paying attention to Spy and Pyro. This is filmmaking.
So thats what they do when they are not in combat, i really love to see this as a headcanon, since they all are just mercenaries who do dirty deeds for money
