I'm a fan of Adam And understand him taking his friend's side, but I think he and Jimmy are purposely taking what Aaron said literal to deflect from the real issue. Jimmy has been taking shots at Aaron and smearing his name with inappropriate labels for a few years now. That was somehow all fair game. This was just Aaron punching back at Jimmy and he showed that he couldn't take it.

Pretty much. All of the metrics Biden is touting as success don't mean shit in the face of inflation. And unemployment is a terrible metric because it only counts those who have been on unemployment benefits within the past 4 weeks. The better metric is labor force participation and that is still below that of pre-covid, which doesn't even include the caveat of an additional 1% not counted due to covid concerns and claims of long covid.

One of the main reasons I listen to Adam is for the Covid stuff. Those are my favorite rants. I’ve listened to him 100 times. I don’t know how he can possibly justify this Jimmy stuff if Adam really believes what he says. In my last comment, I mentioned his relationship with his family. Then I listened farther into the podcast, and he brought up his father and his mother, and he brought up the Oscars, it’s all emotional for him. It’s not practical or thought out. The guy at the end was being a bit dishonest about the economy. The Dow is up about 20% and the S&P about 22%. The CPI measures of inflation show 17% inflation over that time. Of course that massively underestimates it because of how much rent and food have risen. Even at 17% inflation, it means your 401k gained almost nothing over three years. That's in contrast to a 70% increase in the Dow during the Trump years (2016 election bump to the end of 2020).

Let me tell you guys going up in that canoe in the sky they call a prop plane was the scariest part of skydiving. Its not like a jet taking off. I suppose maybe 60 miles per hour and you are off the ground. You feel like you can fall out of the sky any minute. Then the plane has six people in it and it moves like a canoe when you move. A big guy could fall against one side and tip the plane over easily. I was just hoping we got high enough to jump. I couldn't wait to get out of that crop duster! The jump was awesome and not scary at all. The jump crew was great and really professional but i think I'm done jumping from a sky canoe at 12,000 feet.😂

About the fireworks. I've always argued that firework laws that prohibit the use of 1.3g (display fireworks), is what gets people hurt. Every 4th of July I have to put my safety at risk, lighting multiple canister shells and cakes at once to try and get a good show going. Whereas if you just let me buy a 1.3g display cake, i could light the one thing, get away, and enjoy the show.
