I cried when I watched the video. I really cannot understand why some people just cannot accept the fact that there are people who are different from them, who have different interests from theirs, who act differently from how they act; then they bully these people. I like your reflections and discussions in the later part. That reminds us how we should treat others and teach our children at home and in school.

Another great post video commentary. It is sad sometimes teachers become jaded about the well being of the kids they should be responsible of. It's even worse when some of them choose to turn a blind eye just because the kid doesn't fit their world view. Most teachers are still amazing though. It's just some who are vindictive and indifferent towards real suffering when they totally could do something about it.
As the Taiwanese saying goes What kind the parents are , what kind the children will be. In the same way. What kind the the teacher is , what kind the students will be . Education is really important.

曾經有個朋友說，他反同婚，是為了不讓他們受到傷害，所以他要去投票反對，是因為他覺得他們那些人將會傷害到自己。這個說法真是令我感到不可思議，只能跟他說，你有資格替別人的人生做決定嗎?你有資格剝奪別人的選擇權嗎?你預估的事情未必會發生，但是這個當下，你才是實質正在做出傷害的行為，後來他說，他也不知道要怎麼面對這種事，然後他說他投贊成了，雖然他應該現在還是不知道同志是發生什麼事。
