Got my 10:00 -35 -17 from 4 wheel off-road bought set for my dually, and both 3/4 tons, and my Sons Silverado 2500hd. Started slinging lugs at 6000 miles , on all my vehicles, it was the harder junk compound . No response from 4wheel whatsoever.
Jeep looks awesome!!!!!!!!! Dam close to what mine is going to be. Super happy to see the sx2's are back and with a new compound I just called about a set of 40" sx2's the other day and my supplier said they were not making them anymore but now after watching this video I will contact Interco personally. Keep up the videos
Thanks and yeah we are loving them and actually just called and ordered a set of 42 sxll for it cause going to one ton axles this winter and wanted to have more ground clearance so my 40s will be for sale in a month or so. Thanks for watching.
@@SquatchyOffroad awesome looking forward to seeing how those fit and seeing both of them in action I've got my one ton axles now just waiting to get tires and get them installed maybe your video will help me decide what size tires to go with. Curious on what hight and brand coils your running? I bought the metalcloak 3.5 dual rate springs and have the Barnes 4wd D60 swap trusses with add another 2" ish of lift
I am running 4.5 triple rate rock krawler coils now with my 1/2 ton axles but when I install the one ton axles I will be dropping coil spring sizes or possibly going to coilovers.
@@SquatchyOffroad that's gives ma good idea on how things are going to fit. Look forward to watching more of your videos hopefully see that Jeep in action
Man i am so torn between these in the 37x12 17 and the Irok radial in a 37x12.50 17. Currently running the Cooper STT pro in a 37x13.50 17. And they are doing good but already a gash in a sidewall. Are you still on D44s?
Hi i want to buy these tires jeep wrangler JL sport wondering should i buy 37s or 35s? Like they 35s small run or they really at 35s ? Thank you for the video
They have done great. I recently sold them cause I am going tons and 43 sx. My buddy bought them to run on his xj. My other buddy has the sxll in a 42 on his yj and likes them also.
@Squatchy Offroad, what’s your longer term Impression? I’m in a bit of a search for a tire for my potentially new to me 102” 1 Ton TJ. I’ve traditionally run the std SX on my stretched CJ7 which I cut and loved them here in the northeast. This new TJ is set up for 40s and I was bummed to see Interco doesn’t have a 40” SX. I just watched a bunch of videos on the Mickey Pro Xs and I’m not sure what to think. Seems their decent off-road but leave a bunch to be desired on the road? Only experience with SX2s I’ve had was I ordered a set of 37’s this summer, when they got here I did measure the Durometer with my gauge and they were actually pretty soft like you said about these 40s, BUT they were pretty small… I ended up cutting them for a buddy of mine and he bought them. So now the CJ is going to a new owner and I’m stepping up to this TJ which I’m excited about but it currently has a set of Toyo Open Country MTs on it which are not going to cut it for our northeast wheelin. The search for a good set of 40s is on. What’s your take?
We love them. They have been great on and off the road. I run them at 5-6psi offroad and 20-22psi on the road. They are little small to size but not bad. My buddy runs them in a 42 on his YJ and his are doing great on and offroad also for him. We love them enough that we are finally stepping up to one ton axles and stepping up to the 42 sxll also.
i hate that soft compound .When you drive back and forth to from work soft tires disappear . I want hard tires . If you have a full on trail rig run ag tires

I’ve had my 40 sx2 for a year now, they take me where I point it and run good down the road
Are they true to size
No the sxll runs a little small
Looks bad ass. Thank you for sharing!
Appreciate it man. Thanks for watching :)

Are you still on D44s?
78 Ford 44 front and 02 chevy tahoe 10 bolt rear. Been holding together 3 years. I have twisted one alloy shaft in the rear is all.

@@dab0yhdizzle The sxll are little small to size.
So how did this new compound end up doing on the rocks?
We have been very pleased so far. The more they break in the better they seem to do. I run them at 5psi.
How do you like the sx2 now that you've had them a little while

Thanks a bunch, good to know. What didnt you like about the Mickey’s and were those true to size?
The mickeys were little truer to size but slide sideways more on rocks kinda like a bogger and didn’t have as good of road manners.
Like those tires, what is the real height of those SX2 40's?
I would have to measure them again but I’m thinking they were in between 38.5-39 when I measured them when we put them on.
@@SquatchyOffroad Thanks, so about like most other manf.
very nice
