This is an excellent series of informative videos, apparently sponsored by a corporation, but hell, I'm really enjoying them. Been watching Forged In Fire, so this is actually very interesting.
5 videos in awesome interesting informative knowledgeable that actually gives factual information. Thankyou fantastic series wish there was more programs like this thankyou
>Car Bit "Americans are quick to respond to the emergency..." *Narrator* "The innovation was, instead of competing on tech, appearance, features, and price, the auto makers spent their budgets on lobbying"
The videos run all right for me, EXCEPT that the audio of some sections has really bad compression artifacts. This is certainly true at the start of this episode. A great video find, but should be re-done.
It's too bad that the American interviewee spoke so lamely about the future of American invention. We can do better than he sounded. Other than that, this is a fantastic series!
14.15 the production line was first used in Leiston by Richard Garrett in the manufacture of industrial farm engines - in 1852. Oh, and Ford never ever said any colour but black. The first 3 available co lours were green, red and grey - do some research
Am really disturbed by the audio as my speaker connections do cut out on their own as it is...so when there is a dead spot, the first thing I blame is my speakers, only to find they are working and it is the program that has unnerving dead air. Ever hear of background noise to keep it continuous?
I've been interested in this series from the start, but after the first two there has been serious sound issues. Sound levels, sound quality, and often no sound at all. This usually starts about halfway through and ruins the last half of the presentation. Can anything be done about it?
I'd like to hear what the Harvard Business College professor has to say now, 40ish years later. Particularly as to the reasons behind the flight of manufacturing out of America (blue collar workers striking until they are paid enough to be middle class, the constant growth of increasingly strict governmental pressure: environmental, safety, diversity, taxation). The exponential growth of bureaucratic jobs and the immigration of a new working class.
You must love Jehovah your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. You must love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus the anointed is Lord! Repent and be baptized and believe the Gospel.

Excellent series.
the first passenger railway (horse-drawn though) was in Swansea in 1806 to transport coal workers to and from work
Excellent series of videos! I'm really enjoying them. However, episode #2 simply won't run, no matter what I do. Can it be fixed, please? Cheers!

Amateur sound engineering at its worst.
Seventeen thousand views in idk how many years and I’m comment number 23. No wonder society is falling apart. Everyone is too busy watching cat videos
Quite
I absolutely agree with you.

None of the videos from this provider will run in RUclips.
Try at a different resolution, 360 or 144.
Works for me on RUclips 360p on Windows 10
Now it’s working.
I have re-uploaded the whole series on my channel if anybody's having trouble watching.
Appreciated. Heading there now.
❤❤❤

Oh do keep up. This is a digitised version of a programme made in the 1980s.

14.50 - the first practical sewing machine was invented in France by Thimonier.... oh I'm sick of typing now
Henry F didnt give two cares for our earth
I wonder how many cities were buried before Earth calmed down alot.
6:26 "Every American worked." Hm, i wonder if the Protestant Work Ethic had anything to do with that??
What about federal tax cuts and tax hikes for spendthrifts?
The last 5 minutes were hard going...what a BS merchant!

Well that was a nauseating episode.
your videos lose sound way too much, I downvote because of that. - you deserve it, you know it
