Prepare 200gms karaunde. (Halved and seeded) and keep aside
2 tbsp olive oil
Jeera 1.5 tsp
1.5 tsp kalaunji
1.5tsp sauf
1/4 tbsp haldi
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp dhaniya powder
1.5 tsp garlic paste
1.5 tsp salt (adjusted)
Lil water
Cook till aroma
Add karaunde
2 min cook lidded
Add suger 3 tbsp (9tsp) (adjusted)
Cook on low for 2 min
Serve hot.
