I was a member of a CrossFit Gym for five years. I built my own gym in the basement and it was a game changer. Being able to workout on my schedule is awesome. Plus, the money saved in membership dues😁 I too used TS stall mats on-top of 3/4” plywood. Works great to protect my basement floor. They don’t stink up my house and believe me. My wife would let me know if they did.
I used the same Matt’s on my garage floor. Peel one up one time and you’ll see all the white and black mold growing. I had to remove all mine and bleech everything
