Idea is great but it cost is high for efficiency we can use miny poly pipes or a cover which is called glitter cover it will help us to cool the device we can inject cold water inside the goitters thats it Much more cheaper i think

Ya about that lemme tell you how to adjust accordingly...see any breakdown of your phone...and see where the processor is located...locate it in your phone accordingly and mark it...place the cooling device right above the processor and wallah...
Oh my pinched hose batman. *Pro Tip* Fill the hose with water and squeeze both ends closed before you even think about bending it. It will maintain it's round shape and diameter. And that BETTER BE thermally conductive epoxy holding the hose to the plate.

If u just soldered the pipes cue silicone is not a good heat conductor ! But good idea so far
