Mango Mojito Recipe | Mango Lemonade | New Refreshing Summer Drink | Summer Cooler Recipe
Enjoy this summer cooler at home. Please find the recipe below:
Ingredients:-
• Mango chunks - 1 and ½ cup
• Mint leaves - half cup
• Lemon wedges / Slices - 5 to 6
• Lemon juice - 3 to 4 tbsp
• Honey / Maple syrup - 2 to 3 tbsp
• Ice cubes
• Water
• Soda water
Recipe:-
1. Make puree of mango in a mixer grinder with same amount of water.
2. In glass add lemon wedges and mint leaves and press them with the help of a muddler.
3. Add 3 to 4 tbsp lemon juice to it, mix well and keep aside.
4. In a serving glass add 3 - 4 tbsp lemon mint concentrate. Add some mango chunks to it.
5. Now some ice cubes and 5 -6 tbsp mango puree in the glass along with some honey.
6. Add some mint leaves and lemon slice and top it up with soda water.
7. Stir well and enjoy…
