A person receives the Spirit at salvation. Also if you're saved you can judge.

Jesus can and does deliver via laughter. What needs to be explained here is that when the Holy Spirit came over them, demons fled and what do demons like to do? Put on a show upon exit. Praise God people were delivered.
Or, People like to put on a show and other people will neglect their own individuality just to be part of the group and follow along mimicking.
