Wow that's too bad. Albanians seem to have little tolerance for noise. I get in trouble at my apartment for my dog barking, music, even walking around too much.
@@Meri-o2p it’s weird because the restaurants and bars play music til very late and we can hear it in our apartment. Who knows BUT Albania is still amazing!
