Hey, do you know if this Method would work on an old Blaupunkt Radio with free programmable code? I have a 'New York SCD 08' and dont know which IC would be the EEPROM, if it even has one.
Hi RepairAllTv. I got the code by removing the eeprom and reading on programmer. I did not Change anything in the eeprom. I soldered back the eeprom but the radio does not turn on. I openned the radio again and looking at your video I see a very small resistor on the side of the eeprom which I must have accidently removed lost when desoldering and resoldering the eeprom. Now I need to know what exactly resistor is there. If you or anyone who knows what size resistor goes there, kindly advise. Best regards.

Most of they cars you don't have to do like him if you radio have safe code lock put you key in Ignition turn 1/4 turn put radio on and wait 1h ,after that radio will unlock and safe will Disappear put your code,reason for safe on your radio is you try to many times with code and got luck

you have to turn on the radio and wait for 2 to 4 hours then come back to enter the radio code

start from 1 k ohms decreasing the resistor value to 800, 600, 400, 300. 200, 100 ohms.
