I was sent the wrong code and they refused to pay me back my money and didn't apologise even .I am really upset watch out .I am going to take the matter to the police after I tried hard with them .they asked me to take picture at first and now they want me to make a video so I need go back to the garage and disconnect the battery and send them the video you even though I have sent the correct code which I obtained from the previous owner .so watch out they don't respect nor admit when they are wrong. I am going to report them to the police and to my bank if they don't apologise and refund my money

My father bought an audi back in 2002, and the concert radio was locked in safe mode too. The serial number of the book isn't the same of the radio, so when I installed the code it entered in safe mode 2... Is there any place where I can find the safe code for my radio?

take the radio out get the registration no it will be 14 numbers and letters mixed for eg auz223d1048123 pay £14 99 and they will give you the right codem i have done this
