I do believe in the fact that Legal Tech is fastest booming sector but if we deep dive into data breach, theres lot of potential and opportunity for young lawyers as if we talk about whatsapp data breach, people who suffered from this by eying on provisions of constitution, IT act, competition act, even specific relief, relief can be claimed by deceased person. There is lot of potential.
I have recently went through the details of Tech law certification on your website. If someone from non-legal background (not a lawyer) pursues this course. Will there be a disparity in the industry (tech & non-tech) when it comes to hiring a person who is not a lawyer? Can an individual work who is planing to shift to work in data analytics etc can leverage with the tech law knowledge or its too different career paths and may look candidate as confused?
