Definitely can agree with you about being much more minimal with home decor. My house feels so light, airy and takes me no time to keep clean and fresh.
I cannot imagine spending this much time cleaning around all of this excess stuff... it's all just too much!🤷
I have the same dusters and the lamb works best. I do use the microfiber on our ceiling fans and walls.

You always have everything so neat and tidy! I need to do a great big clear out !! I never seem to get out of the kitchen, between cooking all the meals and cleaning after all the mess and I have awful back trouble and everything is so hard to get done as pretty much always in pain
Dishes and laundry are always a full time job! Try working on little bits at a time. 😉

I love your channel. You are a very thorough cleaner! I bet your house even smells clean!! What brand is your wet vac? Also, what is in your spray bottle that you carry when you wet vav?

Enjoy your family time! Do you do meal preps ahead of time for company? I'd love to see how you ready the guest room for company. Do you take a cleaning break during this time?
I try to empty the fridge when we have house guests because we eat out a lot. 😂 I will stock up on drinks or snacks that like. I just take care of the daily cleaning: dishes, beds, etc.. Everything else can wait. 😉 thanks so much!

Hi Randi, thanks for another motivating video! I think if you put out daily videos, I might get my house clean! 😅🤣😂 But I am working on it! I think your hosing off the artificial plants is my second favorite hack next to using the blower for lamp shades! Does hosing get dust off a plant that hasn't been dusted in a really long time or would it need to be wiped first? Thanks again and enjoy your company!
I wouldn't dust them first if I'm outside using the hose. If it's been a really long time some of the dust might stick, and you may need to use a cloth to remove all the dust. Water can leave spots, so I shake off all the excess water, or I use the blower to dry them off. happy cleaning!

Hi Randi...I always enjoy your videos. I was wondering if you have any tips or tricks to clean the A/C air return. Its always a battle so I tend to put off cleaning it.
use a vacuum attachment with a brush to remove loose dust. It might be easier to just unscrew it and rinse it outside or in the tub. once it's clean set a reminder to wipe it down every month or two. a paint brush works great, too! Happy cleaning!

@27 Fox Place: Quick question, how many microfiber cloths do you use doing this routine? I am trying to figure out how many I really need to have on hand and I really appreciate how thorough you are in documenting all your steps.
Re: duster, wow you've had yours for a very long time. Ours got wet one time and that was basically the end of it. I am reconsidering getting a replacement as you show how easy and quick it can be to use. If you could link the source for your new duster it would be helpful! TIA

Hi there! I use two at a time. one wet, one dry. you can use them two or three times before you wash them.
The bathrooms I use two for each one. I use them one time, and then I wash them.

Olá Randy mais um vídeo e hoje é daqueles dias que o pó da sua casa mal vê você a pegar no espanador e nos panos eles fogem muito rapidamente você é de mais começou por dizer que tinha a casa arrumada mas depois limpou a casa de cima a baixo e quando penso que vi tudo não vi nada a sua energia é fabulosa adoro acho que ainda não tinha visto esse espanador olhe este fim de semana dê um passeio coma um gelado leia um livro isto para lhe dizer para descansar muito bom fim de semana beijinhos

Is there any detergent in the wet cloth you dusted and what is the brand of the cloth?
Microfiber cloths don't need additional cleaners... for most cleaning 😂 I rinse the microfiber with water and ring out the excess. some cleaners can damage the cloth's ability to remove bacteria. Mr. Siga is a more affordable option. But E-cloths are very high quality.

I hope I don’t sound dumb but what sort of shop do you buy isopropyl alcohol from?
You may call it rubbing alcohol? You can find it at places like Walmart, Target, etc. it’s usually in the pharmacy section where you find hydrogen peroxide and first aid supplies.
Randi, I was wondering about your squeegee system. Do you fill up the kitchen sink with water or do you have a cleaning liquid in another place? I have just been using spray window cleaner and micro fiber with my windows but I think your system would work well for me.
Hi there! I just wet the cleaning "wand" with water and ring out the excess. The water loosens up the dirt and "spots" and the squeegee is what removes the dirt and makes the glass shine. Easy, peasy! 😂
I like all your cleaning techniques EXCEPT when you use the disinfectant wipes. They mainly move dust around or it ends up in tbe floor, they are not absorbent. Use a cotton or microfiber cloth sprayed with alcohol or all purpose cleaner, it's more effective and less costly.

You sure look like you like to clean…what do you like doing in your down time? Funny story I ordered a tineco this week and as I was assembling it the music you play started in my head..lol it sure works nice and saves time. And most of all as yucky as the water is it’s satisfying to see when your done 😂😂

What do you like doing? You seem to like your flowers but do you have a hobby?
Gardening is my favorite hobby. I don't really have a lot time for more than that. I like to work on decorating projects around the house. I also to like to read when I can.
