Great music, great musicians 😎 but I don't like this venue for prog/rock shows. And I was born and raised in Ostend, and even performed on this stage several times as a kid myself. And the seatings are more or less comfortable ...
But the audience is too far from the stage, and there's hardly any vibe in the audience, past the first rows/block. I like the Ancienne Belgique and the Cirque Royale in Brussels much better, with side balconies.
Saw Nick Mason's Saucerful of secrets at the latter in 2022, there was much more audience vibe then. (videos also posted before).
So if you do come back again to Belgium, please come to the Cirque or the AB 😉
