They also spoiled too hard at being blind let alone slept that there's still good sides at UE5 (Tekken 8, Stalker 2 that miraculously succeeding from Ukrainian war, Fortnite, Dragonball Sparking Zero, Black Myth Wukong, Marvel Rivals, etc) and only looking at its bad sides instead (Multiversus, Immortals of Aveum, The Day Before, etc)
Tifa had staying power for a couple of reasons (Not the ones you're thinking of). FF7 was immensely successful and put the series on the map for mainstream gaming. It is still widely regarded as the best FF ever made with a remake of it currently ongoing. Tifa is also a very well written and designed character that has appeared in a number of works both in and outside of the FF universe. Clive will never achieve this level of success and recognition.
Max calling Clive Rosfield in Tekken right away is legendary! When I heard Clive’s theme, I knew it was Final Fantasy 16, but I did NOT expect him to be in Tekken 8! Tifa has to be next!😊🤓🙌🏾👊🏾🎮

I think its safe to say that because of the extremely small amount of content that is being added to tekken 8 (in comparison to tekken 7) that if tekken 8 does have another guest character in the future, there's no way they would add another final fantasy character.
