I will be only 3 days in june in Belgium and i will visit Dinant, Brugges plus Beach and Gent! One destination per day! Antwerpen is not so beatuiful as Brugge and Brussels is too big for one day and perhpaps overcrowded!
You need the sun to be romantic? How sad that must be! Maybe you need a new man or woman in your life. LOL Last December my prince charming and I spent 3 amazing and very romantic weeks traveling across Belgium. We had a great time.
Nothing as romantic as walking through the rain... ;-) Either way, on average there's "only" 142 days of rain in Belgium. 2023 was the hottest... but also the wettest year in our history :'-)

You forgot to mention the KMSKA in Antwerp which got recently renovated and holds over 8.400 pieces of art.
