Yes Joe Jackson looks a bit nervous, but if you pay attention he is very happy in this interview. I think he is nervous because in that period many critics don't talk much well of the experiment of "Will Power" . Many don' t understand why he made an instrumental album after all the success in pop music that he made before. But if you see the interview between 1989 and 1991 you see that he was much nervous in that period. At the end he was stressed by the mass-media and all the things the he have to do for make some success in the pop industry: for first videoclip. He hate to do it.
