But there would be lots of small fights throughout the mall. That stuff was why black people on the westside of Akron would go to Chapel Hill mall or Summit Mall. It was to get away from other black people who act ignorant and trifling. Summit Mall is the last mall left. Summit Mall needs to implement a age policy around the holidays that says no one under 18 allowed in without an adult.
