I like doing TZ Travincal with my Frenzy Whirlwind Berzerk Axe Barb; my top findings there during TZ: Drops are an SoJ, BK Ring, and a Zod rune, plus horked a Griffon's Eye.

horked a griffon eye do they have to be terrorized to drop griffon?
Travincal rune drop limit up to Cham though.... Except of level 85 mini dungeons.

Trav is one of my favorite places to farm with my WW barb, I haven't been able to do it this season yet. I still need a few items to farm it well
