I agree totally, in Iraq and Afghanistan we continually seen PMC where we were told they were not there, definitely there to back up three letter agencies. More importantly, once it became clear that Blackwater was possibly on its way to being at this level, it was shut down...quickly. Great doc! It's interesting, especially when the Canadian expert was talking about Wagner's "playbook." It is uncanny how similar their strategies are to what America does around the third world and other places. Maybe it's not necessarily any particular country or group's strategy, but rather the "playbook" of imperialism.
The best part was when the American accused Wagner of looting Syrian oil, when Wagner is getting it legally, unlike the Americans stealing Syria's wheat and oil lol
