I would argue some of it is justified. She does talk in a very sexualised way, very often. I dont care about her pitch, but her cadence and delivery is literally her trying to sound as young as possible. She even slurs her words to sound even younger at times. It's deliberate. I don't think I am fine with knowing some impressionable youths watching her, is gonna find these two afirmentioned attributes to be a normalised matchup. That could realistically only contribute to more predators and groomers, nothing else.

I dont agree with the first reason, ofc there is vtubers who are vtubers to be more comfortable, but there is vtubers who are vtubers because of the original reason for vtubing to exist, which is to interpret at least parcially the model character, making the model character "alive".
I do think that her attitude towards the haters here is totally the right take just point laugh and mark the degree of success with the number of haters or ignore em. All celebrities get some degree of this simply because there are people who are not nice in this world.

Haters on the internet definitely have evolved. As a long time Hasanabi viewer it is quite observable how much more unhinged and psychotic haters have become. It's like their whole life revolves around hating that one streamer and they constantly imagine new psychotic avenues to hate the streamer. It's hilarious but also very saddening to see it. Those people are clearly very deepy mentally ill and try to grab at anything which makes them feel better, in this case hallucinating about terrible shit which a popular streamer is or has done so they can make themselves feel superior to them.
