  • The Flying Heritage and Combat Armor Museum was launched in Arlington, Washington by the late Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, in 2004. Moving to its current location at Paine Field in Everett in 2008, the museum features some of the most historically accurate and authentic restorations of vintage aircraft, tanks, and military armaments in the world. The museum closed in 2020 during the pandemic, and was purchased by Walmart heir Steuart Walton in 2022, before reopening in May 2023.
