He loves hockey, and when I tell him to have a seat and eat he says, "hockey players don't do that!" so I youtube'd "hockey players eating" to show him that they do. Hopefully our mealtimes get better from here on out...so far so good!

If you consume more carbohydrates than you burn, those extra calories can convert to fat and are stored in the body yes but a hockey player will be burning all those carbs up!
