The card and the figure are different because the card art is a computer render; it's the actual sculpt of the figure, digitally painted and posed against a background image. That's why you don't see the pins that hold the joints on the card, but they're clearly noticeable on the figure. Nice review!
I swear every accessory from Mcfarlane has to be reduced like 20% just to be in scale with their figures. Easy pass for me, I'm sticking with 3 Jokers Batgirl.
I'm glad someone noticed and pointed out the boots being yellow up to the shins. It looks way better even if what the final release is actually more accurate to the game model. As for the head looking better in the card, its probably just a really well done hand painted paintjob. Most figures nowadays have amazingly accurate sculpts, but sloppy trash tier paintjobs that do the bare minimum. And personally I think the face looks like Hayley Atwell.
The first one I bought, I had to return because the right leg's connection to the hip was defective. It looks like this one also has a slight defect. The one I returned had the thigh protruding out of the rubber hip.
Late here but that thumbnail makes the figure look alot better than it is. Love batgirl of burnside but still waiting on a decent figure representation, its not bad but I'm still waiting. But then I'm still waiting on a decent 90s spider-girl so I suppose I'll keep waiting 😒
Batgirl had the potential to be great, but unfortunately, McFarlane Toys took some shortcuts along the way. Sure, the artwork that's on the card is a digital representation of the figure, but the head sculpt looks like someone else when compared to the actual figure itself. The paint application is lacking and it's very sloppy as well. The feet are way too small. The accessories are too big. This one is an easy pass for me because there are way too many issues. As a huge fan of Batgirl, the figure is a bit of a disappointment unfortunately. At least the review was enjoyable as always. Thanks once again Spot!
you mean Spikey try to swap the head with another figure or you think McFarlane Toys ended up changing the head from the one shown on the packaging? Apologies if you already got this question from me but I just wanted to ask you if I could if you’re still able to see the newer videos here on the channel, do they still show up on your subscription Feed? There’s an ongoing glitch with RUclips’s Notifications causing a lot of older viewers to either not be notified when a new video goes up on here OR even worst they think I haven’t been posting anything for years. If you haven’t already could you turn on the bell notifications which should fix the problem if it doesn’t one workaround that other viewers have done is unsubscribe to this channel then go back and re subscribe, then turning on the Bell notifications again should get it back to normal
@@TheReviewSpot oh nah I’m just interested if the head in this one would look good on the other existing ones as it seems better imo, especially the new bat girl design that also has the ears through the hair

I said the same thing about the head sculpt when I first saw it. The card almost always looks better.

Those are toddler's feet. Also I'm on vacation and I'm glade I have all this grade A content to binge on. Great vid Spot!!
this figure really needs more shading as well. Her head is pretty good

Pre-ordered mine, and haven't gotten it yet, not sure if I am going to continue doing pre-orders. They haven't really been working out for me lately.

I think it looks like Kate Mara.
Looks like a KO of the prototype
it's Jane Levy dude.... and thats why im gonna buy this figure ☺
The head on the card is looking up, something that the figure can't do because of the solid hair.
I agree with the accessories are always too large for some reason with these figures.
Kate Mara. The girl from Fan4stic
Am i the only one who thinks she looks like peggy carter?
That’s what I was thinking
Also hair is different and ear is higher and shorter tuck behind the ear
the figure looks rather crude when seen up close-the overall quality of the sculpt is markedly inferior.
I miss the psssssshhhh sound for the base decal!
She looks like Stokely from the Faculty
I've seen images from the game where her shoes are purple
My batgirl doesn't have a copyright print under her boot does that mean its fake?
Kate Mara's Batgirl
the face kind of reminds me of Selma Blair from the good Hellboy movies, freat review as always.

Child's play 2 actress is what I think she looks like
The toy reminds me of Erin Moriarty from The Boys, but in brown hair.
looks like a younger fairuza balk to me.

She looks kind of like a young Robyn Lively to me.
Fish out bat girls nappy.
She looks like peggy Carter
she does!
Headswap??

Hmmm I should try it, if I do maybe I'll do a follow up video showing the different bodies with that head
I see Gina Davis lol
Just heat it with a hairdryer for 2 seconds
This figure could done better 1000%
She looks like a cross between Neve Campbell and Hilary Duff.
