I used to be an still am a solid fan of Sugar Ray Leonard up to now. I watched his victories over Hearn n Hagler n Duran in then his mega fights. But Bud Crawford is just above Leonard in his ambidexterity n sharper counter punches. Undoubtedly If they met in the same generation, Bud would stop Leonard worse than how Sugar was bittered by his successors in his late career. Worse indeed. Quite assuredly.
Bud is greatest p4p today and would beat a lot of legends of the past but no one would give crawford problems like leonard, if I had to bet my last £100 on someone ...... Leonard
