- ABSOLUTE Raw Beginner NM Zuk Guide! this video is aimed at providing some tips and tricks with the waves and zuk himself! by all means this isn't a efficient guide its just the things i've learnt whilst doing zuk.

The safe spot in the corner was a game changer for me; as I was taking a LOT of hits during the waves, but in that corner, barely had to eat food!
I only have 1x Surge though, so made Zuk a lot harder than what was shown. Now onto trying to get 3 more stones!

@@MorgieeMorgz thanks! Managed to get them all but couldn't do hard mode (not enough DPS), so will come back later in order to get the hybrid cape!
@@TotallydubbedHD hard mode is definitely a step up, positioning and defensive abilities and prayer flicking are a key factor as the fire wall will push you out of safe positions. So using the appropriate defensive will help you drastically until the fire wall has finished and you can go back to your safe spot to mitigate some damage. With persistence and practice you’ll get the hard mode cape! 😎
@@MorgieeMorgz thank you, it's not the enemies and the positioning I found hard, it's just that they weren't dying quickly enough (especially the igneous waves), so looking into invention and leveling up gear before attempting it again!

Great guide, all I would add (as i learn the hard way) is that for the igneous waves: Mages step in their shield, rangers is a threshold and melees are a stun. Makes pizza waves a lot easier knowing to save one of each type for the igneous minions. TYVM though for the guide, got 3kc tonight, just need to push for that perfect kill for the stone!

I got my first cape on mobile during the recent Thok event. You absolutely can do it!
The thing that helped me most was to set up my skills in the order they need to be used during the fight with Zuk. So I set up:
Freedom
Double Surge
Dive
Resonance
Anticipation
That way I could more easily keep track of what I needed to do next. I also wrote a quick reference guide to help me remember the order of the waves leading up to the fight, as well as the phases with Zuk himself. Lastly, don't be afraid to die. I figure I died well over 100 times before finally getting that sweet Igneous Stone drop.
Here's the mini reference guide I still use whenever I fight him now:
Waves
1-5 melee
4 Igneous - Melee/Stun (Soul Strike or Spec)
5 Challenge - (Threads of Fate)
6 Jad 1 - NW safe spot
7-10 range
9 Igneous - Range/Threshold (Finger of Death)
10 Challenge - Need 3k+ damage (Death Skulls)
11 Jad 2 - NW safe spot, one spawns in range
12-15 mage
14 Igneous - Mage/Get Close
15 Challenge - (Resonance, Barricade)
16 Jad 3 - E safe spot, one spawns in range
17 Har-Aken
18 Zuk
1 Geo Burn: "You will break beneath me" -Freedom
2 Sear: "Sear, Suffer, or Burn" -Double Surge
3 Quake: "Tremble, Fall, The Earth" -Dive. Wait for sword to hit the ground
4 Empowered Magic: "Die, Begone, Ful's Flame" -Resonance
Use Anticipation after 3rd auto attack
Pizza: deflect magic
Melee (Stun) - Soul Strike or Spec
Range (Threshold) - Finger of Death
Mage Get Close
Second Geothermal Burn at 100k HP

@@Khaoz2007 happy to help! I'd also add that I'm not a PVMer. Before necro, the hardest boss I ever beat was Twin Furies. I'm working on beating Amby right now to finally upgrade my necro armor to tier 90

friend of mine lent me his t95 necro weapons to learn this and get my capes upgraded. it seems harder with the T95 spec, should switch to the T90 one?
Normally when I’m doing zuk, I’ll rotate between the two weapon specs.
The T90 weapon spec has a base damage of 405%-495% and increases by 40% with each necrosis stack you have (this specs consumes any necrosis stacks you have built on for more damage) with 12 necrosis stack the base damage is increased to 885%-975% (just remember this will consume all necrosis stacks)
The T95 Omni guard has a flat base damage of 360%-440% but also has a passive called ‘Death spark’ which allows the Necromancy basic attack to deal double damage 😊
Put t90 in eof or t70 same spec

There's still an issue, at least on mobile, where the pizza phase doesn't visually show up but it'll definitely still kill you.
I got my cape during the recent Thok event, and I died a fair few times on pizza because I was standing one tile too close to the burning 😅
Edit: maybe they've fixed it. It shows up ok now
i dont understand how youre using resonance with the lantern
Necromancy has a ability called ‘bone shield’ that acts like a passive shield which in returns allows the player to cast defensive abilities without having a shield equipped 😀

Idk, i wear t95 lantern head and boots. Zuk keeps raping me. Can't do this shit bruh. My head explodes with Zuk. Best guide ive seen, but still no win for me.....
Just get it to zuk don't worry about doing it flawlessly just keep continuing until you beat him as long as you have the defensive keybinded and surge and follow this guide to a t at zuk you will get it I suggest full t90 tank gear will give you more health I have full t95 with bis perks I still used the tank gear pray magic during pizza phase if u don't have dive just surge to zuk than run rest of way
