Which dining venues are the best on Celebrity Equinox?
Have you returned to cruising? How have your experiences been on board? In this episode we review one of our FAVORITE topics for every cruise we take . . .How's the Food?!?! And the beverages, too! Watch all the way through because before we wrap up this episode, we'll share an extra special tip for dining that YOU won't want to miss!
In this episode where we start right where many cruisers head on their embarkation day - we start this dining tour and review in the Oceanview Cafe! Check out what's waiting for you on the Celebrity Equinox for breakfast, lunch and dinner . . and all-day dining, as well as, snacks and drinks available late into the evening!
That's just the beginning! On our 10-night sailing on Celebrity Equinox we had the opportunity to check out the Specialty Dining across the ship, along with most of the complementary dining venues. And there are a lot of them! We had some amazing meals and can recommend a lot of the speciality dining. You definitely will want to check these out on your sailing on the beautiful Celebrity Equinox! Specialty dining options such as the Tuscan Grill, Murano, Qsine- Le Petit Chef, Sushi on Five, Blu - The Aqua Class restaurant, and Luminae - the Suite (Retreat) guests' restaurant all provide delicious options for you to try.
The complementary dining venues go well beyond the Oceanview Cafe. We'll let you know if we tried Silhouette, the main dining room (MDR), the Spa Cafe in the Solarium, the Mast Grill and Cafe al Bacio. Besides those food venues, there are so many lounges, bars and areas to relax and meet up with friends old and new. We highlight our favorites!

Looking forward too this! My wife and I will be traveling on our fourth cruise but first with Celebrity Equinox on October 13th to the Southern Caribbean on a 8 day cruise in Aqua Class to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.

So glad to hear this great job we are going in February we have not cruised in 10 years we have always gone gone with Celeberty but have been reading a lot of bad reviews that make me worried as when you spend that much for a cruise
Thank you for this very informative review of the celebrity equinox. I will be selling on her in May, 23, so this was very interesting to me. I’m excited about Cafe A Bachio, because, even though we don’t drink alcohol, we do have the premium beverage package. We have booked a Celebrity suite, so we will be having most dinners at Luminae. After watching your video, we may have to consider sushi on five as well.
This is the first of your blogs that I have come across, but I am going to go look for a few more since I know that you were on the equinox. Look forward to it hearing more of your adventures.

The Martini bar is equipped with an ice surface, so wife & I call it the Ice Bar. Quite different & fun.😊

Love the variety of choices on Celebrity! . Such a good choice at the buffet, that we rarely ate in the MDR.
Seems like our cruises are never quite long enough to try all of the food venues, lol! We had some terrific meals on the Equinox.

Chef Tables is already booked for our cruise, does it ever open up ?
That's an excellent question, Kelly . . and I'm guessing it depends on the specific circumstances for that sailing. If someone cancels in advance, perhaps you'd see it open up again in the pre-cruise planner. There is such a limited capacity, it's possible it will be sold out. I hope you have the chance to experience it!
You’re really going to bring back food to your room?
A food review needs more food as part of it. You have s nice delivery, yet Your audience had no ideal if you liked a particular item or not. There is a way to review, and not offend. You guys are trying to do too many things at once. I would only ask you to look more from the aspect of the viewer.
Cakes LOOK beautiful but have zero taste! Nothing is made with real butter. Bread is tasteless.
That's an interesting perspective - thanks for sharing your experience. I had bread that was, as you say, pretty tasteless. And then I had some excellent bread - in the specialty restaurant, Tuscan Grill was my favorite while I was on the Equinox.
@@NextWaveCruising Yes indeed. Tuscan is my favorite. I love the wine “Roxanne” and the steak. Did not like their pasta but I had just come from Italy so…
The buffet was terrible not sure how you could think the food was good. The buffet was good for getting Covid too many people using the serving spoons . We hated the food it was like worst then Duffy buffet -the pizza was cold and terrible sorry I do not agree with this review the only good food was breakfast. Main dining first three nights was not good you only get good food if you can get into blue
