    so I do love this "The #1 Most Underappreciated Yoga Pose". But how can this pose be modified for someone with pain in their wrists?

      A couple of ideas to try would be to elevate the hands like I showed in video (this reduces the load in the hands), or to try the pose with the forearms down instead of the hands (eliminates the need for wrist extension). One could also try holding two dumbbells if they’re hexagonal in shape and won’t roll 😀

    Thank you! What are your thoughts on the position of the hands, both in the distance from the hips and the direction in which the fingers point? 🙏

      I like the hands pretty much right under the shoulders, and as far as where the fingers point, they can point in any way that feels comfortable for the practitioner 😀
