Hello again ! I just watched your video about Hugo Décrypte, which brought me to this one. Loved both of them, very helpful !
May I suggest Léna Situations for a future video ? She sounds pretty fluent, and definitely confident in her English skills. Although she's self-taught, I know she went to New York for her studies and still travels to the US very often, so I think it would be interesting to analyse her case !
You can find a video of her interviewing Zendaya the cast of Challengers, which I think is mainly scripted but we can still have an insight of her pronounciation and fluency for some parts, where she's able to make jokes and does not depend on her notes. You can also find an interview of her from 2 years ago during the Met Gala with Emma Chamberlain. Lastly, and probably the most complete source I have, is an episode of her podcast "Canapé 6 places" with Billie Eilish. I do not have Spotify but I assume it was in English, so if you have Spotify it would be very interesting to check ! I believe her podcast is not scripted, put aside the topic of discussion.
This is just a suggestion, feel free to consider it or not !
    Have a wonderful day !

I also noticed that Angèle has improved her English a lot in recent years. I think that if she did another interview in English now she would have an even better level.

I've just discovered your channel and I love it! It also challenges me as a young EFL teacher. I'm happy to be able to spot and correct the mistakes you show here :) I guess I'd give Angèle a solid 14/20. 😊😊

Bonjour ! Oui, c'est vrai que "I was making my own clothes" n'est pas la phrase la plus naturelle, mais bon, ça passe quand même. La phrase "idéale" serait plutôt, "When I was younger, I used to make my own clothes." 😊

Angèle attended school in Brussels where Dutch (Flemish if you like, which is not a language as such, more like a difference between British and American English) was and still is compulsory during 10 years (8 to 18) for French speaking children, which does not mean that they can speak it fluently because most of time they do not like it (find it ugly) and find it not useful as they already speak an international language (French) and are much more attracted by the English language. Her father, also a singer and musician, is a typical 'Kèt' (guy, bloke) from Brussels (her real name is a Flemish one, 'laeken' meaning bedsheets) who uses French with some strong references to Brussels Flemish. All this might explain that her pronunciation and accent are far better than French people originated from France, a country where still today, most of the time, English is taught as a 'dead language' such as Latin: a lot of reading ( important authors), writing, vocabulary lists and grammar, but little listening and very little speaking, and when speaking is involved, the importance of stressed syllables and even more, prosody are left behind; moreover too many French teachers in France do not master the language enough to teach it.

I disagree with you when you say you just called "french fries" "chips" they are not exactly the same things are they?
When you eat out at restaurant in the United Kingdom you have places that sell "chips" and those are very thick and soft cuts of potatoes, whereas you also have in the UK restaurants that have "french fries" where they give you those very thin mcdonalds like deep fried potato cuts. "Chips" is not a UK word for "French fries" those two are simply different menu items.
