The multifunction button won’t work and I’ve been charging my headphones for three hours they’ll flash red for a second and then no lights at all to indicate it’s still charging 🤧🤧

is nc35 good for hifi music streaming service like TIDAL? I bought this headphone and i can't wait use TIDAL Master with ncq35.
why don’t the headphones come with all the necessary parts for charging it ? i have a flight tomorrow and it’s too late to order the 5-12v fast charger i need to charge the headphones

I tried with 2 different chargers. 1 give red light near the charging port while another one does not.
I also noticed on the box saying power supply exceed 36 volts will damage the chip. What is the charger should I use?
Hi. Normally,red light turns ON when charging, red light turns off or blue light turn on after full charge(two versions). And please use a 5-10W charger.

when i click on it it turns green why is that?

ANC ON: Green light turns on
ANC OFF: Green light turns off
Pairing: Blue and red lights flash alternately
Bluetooth OFF: Blue and red lights turn off
i keep pressing it but no lights r turning on
