Performing almost night after night, doing almost 300 shows per year wears immensely on everyone in the band, and especially the lead singer's voice. This is also why most singers now of major bands that tour use backing tracks and back up singers. Till also uses these methods. It has to be done in order to give every audience during a tour and consistent performance. I saw Disturbed in 2011 when Dave Draiman didn't use a backing track, and it was god awful. The basist had to finish some parts because Dave's voice was so shot. I honestly wished I could get my money back.

well i think Richards voice is pretty awesome in this. In my opinion his voice fits very well with the Song and tills voice.
