      Just keep waist measure in 40' inches. Its in the book.
      If he train correctly he will put a lot of muscle mass in no time.

      Real anerican male should weigh 300lbs at 5'9. Anything less is a skeleton.

    I RESPECT Rip and recommend Starting Strength a lot! But, sometimes the answer is not gain weight and squat more. Nothing below his knees will benefit from “more gains” for speed and athleticism there is definitely diminishing returns past 2x bw squat.

    a male at 5'9" 110 Kg is pretty thick. I dont buy the bigger is always better or stronger. The guy he is talking about could be a great powerlifter in the 90Kg weight class, and be competative while at the same time not blowing up his waist line.

    after 1y 4day split im coming back to texas. i need every day squats
    and i much prefer the texas. i dont know why but i can better recover

    The guy's in his 40s, weighs 180-ish and you say "5'9" should be 242/275..."? Lol! I mean, yeah, that's "a few pounds". He will DEFINITELY have low back and knee issues then...
