Your pomegranate is very impressive....didnt think they would get that big in PA. Iam about an hour north of you near Bethlehem PA. I grow several figs in ground but I always trench them overwinter...have not had any die back yet using that method.
No, the fruit and wood are still variegated. The leaves are not stable and are all unpredictable. It wouldn’t make sense to limit what may end up reverting. I will probably just grade the cuttings and grow them out. I will regrade the upcoming trees when the leaves emerge so people will get whatever version they want.
Pomegranate tree is inspirational ! Sweet and fruitful options for a northern garden.
Thanks Bill 🫡
Great video Bill keep them coming !!
Very cool!

Both totally awesome!!!!
And I can't get these from you .......
Gotta love PNW....
Thanks for the movie. Are you and Monte getting together to offer some of his cuttings. I need a few!
There's some definite appeal to a white fig (fruit), if just for the novelty.
Nice job! Did you get these from me? What zone are you in?
No, this was Tim Clymer's find in Mechanicsburg PA. I am growing it in zone 6b-7a.
'll you show us what's ripening now ? Thanks !
could u please tell the me the name of the variegated variety?
Are you going yo remove the nonvariegated branches??

@@offthebeatenpathnursery9092 gotcha. And yeah it would be cool to have a variegated fig in ground here in zone 7b 😅👍
