A layer of whipped cream on top for that seafoam effect, and a bottom layer of graham cracker crust for sea floor? Something like that might be awesome.

And you're not gonna taste much of it considering the volume of water. And a watered down molasses is not the thing to even drizzle on top. And that powder is a near insult, since you might as well be throwing sand in your mouth. It looks nice, but would be awful to eat.
