"Eggs", the Guitar. Warmoth & JJ's Partscaster

- My friend Lindsay has a room full of spare bodies and necks that he's been collecting over the years. A month or so ago we dug deep and found this cool Warmoth body and neck that seemed to fit together just fine - and the colour! So I got hold of some of my favourite pickups (JJ's 'V12" Set) and a vintage spec bridge from Fender and we strapped it together. The guitar is light, very bright (! - the colour, I mean), and super stable. Warmoth's quartersawn, fat, wide neck feels great to me and I know I can't go wrong with JJ's pickups. So I've dubbed this one 'Eggs' for obvious reasons and thought I'd show it off. Axe users will find a sister video explaining and offering for free the multi-amp preset I wrote for the occasion.
Many thanks to Lindsay at Combat Academy and Ben at JJ's Pickups.

Eggs is a little beauty!!
Ben and the crew at JJ's pickups do stellar work... as we can all hear Burgs.👍🏼
Beautiful....
Those are the pickups I want ❤❤
Every time I see a yellow strat I think of the time Ross Hannaford let me use his to perform in our school music comp. I miss him as we were good friends.Cheers Brett.
Nice playing!
I put a Warmoth neck on my old Tele - they just do a fantastic job. Eggs sounds great!
Wow, what a beauty!
So tastefully played Brett. ❤ Great guitar, no yoke.😂.
I love it. Sounds great too. I remember seeing Ryan Adams playing a yellow strat live in London in the early 2000’s. That had a black pick guard (which also looks good).
Really like this one. JJ's pickups sound great.
I want a yellow Strat. No, no, I NEED a yellow Strat. Looks amazing. Sounds great too 👏
Awesome playing Brett beautiful looking guitar and awesome Tone 🎸 ❤ 🔥 🔥 🔥 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏
I love it wish I owned it
I love their necks. I have a custom partstele i put together. SS frets are so quiet and smooth for bends. love compound radius, neck is exceptional fret level etc. makes the guitar a pleasure to play. By the way, i love the yellow, real men play yellow guitars in front of truckies.
A yellow strat or tele is always a yes. I have two.
Yellow Strats always make me think of Jeff Beck!
Nice one❤😊
Sounds and looks strong😉👍👍
The only thing that would be better (for moi) is a rosewood or ebony fretboard 😁👍
I did a Warmoth partscaster strat build awhile back and boy it not only is exactly to my preferred specs, but it’s absolutely gorgeous figured wood!! It wayyy outperforms Fender Custom shop’s @7k$ plus sounds better, intonation is much more accurate tuning more stable holds tune far better
i have 2 warmoth strats. love 'em.
Mint eggs and ham. I dig it.
Most definitely "yea".
Green eggs n ham
Nice-looking guitar. Is it a 24 3/4" scale conversion by any chance? The end of the fretboard being squarer like a Tele rather than a Strat is why I ask.
Custom shop for a quarter of the price :)
✋️ 😉 Wow! @BrettKingman I'll Have Some "Eggs."
