@@KiRetteCouture I agree on this. I never understood how one feels entitled for finding remains then deciding to exercise the authority to stamp ones name on it. You may enjoy other anthropologists Dr. Ivan Van Sertima and Dr. Chiekh Anta Diop (afrocentric approach).
On the day of the final finding of the remains, the arecheologists were listening to the song: "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds", a song by the English rock band the Beatles from their 1967 album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. That is how they ended up naming the remains Lucy which latter changed to Dinkinesh (Amharic or Oromo for "marvelous").

Yes they do. Her name is 'Dinkinesh' translated to (she who is unique).
