Frequently, the process takes weeks and often months to determine a leader and just as often leads to toxic coalition governments which fall apart far quicker than it takes to form. No thanks. See Franceas an example Le Penn has the largest minority by far, but could still be kept out of ruling France when the other minority parties unite to keep her out. They may inite over this one common goal and policies be damned. It will not last long, but long enough to try to change electoral laws to prevent her from gaining another foothold in future elections. Over 34% of the French will be denied a voice out of pure spite and hatred.

I voted Conservative in 2017 & 2019 (because I hated Labour's identity poltics and apparent disdain for national citizen sovereignty.) After 2 terms of Tories, I concluded that another vote for the Tories was completely pointless, because they seemed absoultely determined to ignore the concerns of their new ex-Labour voters about mass immigration (and to push anyone who was serious about those concerns.) That left me with Reform as my only option.

Recent times have looked very similar to the 80s thatcher tory government, strikes everywhere and in different sectors, the poorest starving to death while the rich got richer, right wing facism on the increase and your politicians sitting back while you fought with eachother.
