If it can use the power you'd be at 200mph in less than 5 seconds with that sort of power... Maybe you're looking at the engine RPMs instead.
Underground 2 should - rightly so - always be remembered as a legendary game. I never got a chance to play Midnight Club 3 but that was probably the next best thing - or Juiced. The good old days eh :P And yeah, I was struggling with something so had to have a browse - these days YT is one of the better places to search for answers.
