I was born and raised in the Pyrénées. It’s kinda cool to see people showing some love for our mountains. The Cirque de Gavarnie is a nice place but I would recommand the Cirque de Troumouse too. It’s, imo, more beautiful and less frequented thant Gavarnie.
The Ordesa national park is the most incredible place in the pirineos together with Gavarnie, and it's a canyon in itself, but I would recommed (with better weather) the Faja de las flores - Cotatuero option, just bordering the whole canyon. Ordesa is worth several hikes, probably the Añisclo canyon, going up to Pineta is a must as well, and if you dare... Monteperdido is waiting just above the Goriz refuge. Great video
The word majestic came to my mind, even before your little one line poem. The colours of the autumnal leaves on the trees, the defined rock layers and the undulating shape of ridges along the sky line are inspiring, to say the least, as you walked and climbed up to the Tozal del Mallo then completed the Faja Racon. You are right, November is a quiet time..
Merci je vis à Paris et les vidéos que vous avez montré me rappelle mon chez moi étant donné que je suis des Pyrénées ça me manque beaucoup et à travers votre vidéo j'ai pu revivre merci

Lol, Aguas Tuertas doesn't mean "One eyed forrest", but "Twisted Waters (Twisted River). Wonderful. I've been to a couple of these somes years ago in summer, I love it how you organized your trip from Spain and oriented yourself so easy in all of this stuff. Also at a tie when it's not loaded with mass and crap toursim. I subscribed, please share practical info on these trails and your trips 💯
Many thanks! 🙌 We’re thinking about sharing additional info on the trips, just looking for the best format. And yes, it has been pointed out to us about the correct translation of Auguas Tuertas 🙈
@@markusrosehill Cool... Just put the info on the description for each video... Like how you figured out the trails... Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you : not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Jn 14:27 . In my Father's house are many mansions, if it were not so ,I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. Unbelievable footage, I live near to the Pirenees and it is a pleassure to se other people live those mountains with such emotion. For your information and for all the viewers, I need to point out that it is forbidden to fly drones in National Parks like Ordesa or similar, in order to not disturb the fauna of the area. But that been said, what spectacular images you have taken of the valley. Thank you and keep living the mountains with that passion and respect.
yeah, they ban drones, and then drive helicopters all over the place for no reason at all. I once gave a b*******ing to a bunch who had hired a helicopter to take them up to measure the depth of the snow - " it's for the environment" they said. They could have walked, like I did. Or ridden on a mule, like the Virgin Mary.
Very nice, all of it! November Hiking, chosen places and the whole tonality of the video. Quiet and easy and a the same time informative. Thanks, guys!
Lieliski! Un arī kinematogrāfija jo tālāk uz beigām, jo vairāk aizgrābj. Man ieplānots brauciens uz Gavarnie rajonu vēlāk pavasarī. Noteikti izmantošu jūsu kartes. Paldies!
It has been pointed out to me once before, but we did not see any signposts there and the map did not mark it as a No Fly zone. We try to respect drone laws.
Seems pretty petty to criticise them when walking in November. Sure when there’s crowds it might briefly spoil someone’s peace, but not on the day they did it.
Very good vid. The correct translation of "Aigües tortes" is "Winding (curving) waters". The confusion comes becauset the name is in Catalan and "tortes" translates to "winding"
Aigües Tortes (Lleida) and Agua Tuerta (sometimes refered as Aguas Tuertas) (in Huesca) are different places, both in the Pyrenees, although the origin of the name is the same, as you rightly point out.
I don’t know about now, but when we were there it was not. We try to respect drone laws wherever we go. It was mentioned neither on any signposts on our trail, nor in the No Fly Zone maps on the drone device.

Nice video. Nice sites and well filmed. Thanks!
