@@TheRobsam I can well understand just wanting to enjoy a performance with so much energy. I would have felt the same way. That's why I really appreciate it, and thank you for doing this! 🙏🏻 Best greetings from Germany. 🙋🏻♂
Thank you! I couldn't make it there this time so this is amazing to be able to watch some of the show!! I wish Oreo and Yuri weren't stuck back in drum and keyboard jail, but everyone else got to be so close to the fans! 🤘
@@aduck8myshoes That been the best spent anime convention ticket even if you didn’t care for anime. GS is incredible live!! Dang, lucky Houstonians. (Lived there for 3 years in the 90’s - heat is brutal).
Wait! Hana, Koga and Tomo-Zo invert positions?? That's so strange haha Another thing that is unusual, it's to hear Hana's voice on "Sekira Liar" without effects on vocals. Thank you for this video, I feel like I can almost touch Hana. She's so close 😀
Yes it was very strange the way they were on stage. I wanted to be right in front of Tomo-Zo and that’s why I’m in the spot I am lol. I can’t complain tho as she does run all over the stage. Yeah Hana was right in my face and almost stepped on my hand a few times
@@TheRobsam I feel you. Even yuri is fun to watch with her tiny drum pad 🥁🥺
Apparently this is the new formation as have heard it’s been this way on last few shows. Not having TMZ and Oreo on the same side means I’d be unsure as where I’d most want to be positioned!
@@homegnome2429 hey hey!! We were talking about how great your channel is before the show last night!! Thank you for all of your uploads!! I was surprised by the new formation as I wanted to be in front of Tomo-Zo but thankfully with this strange staging at this event, all of the members came out and moved around during the show. Even Oreo came out to dance and sing with us a few times
Aw man that’s a bummer. It’s not like they’ll play in America anytime soon but we can hope. Hana did say at the end of the show that they will see us all again soon.
@@TheRobsam ah, so this is the result of iPhones's automatic adjustment of the recording level? well, maybe one day someone will post a video from Houston with sound from the soundengineer's console... will hope!
What an opening..that's probably enough energy to power the whole Houston for a week. Thanks for capturing this gem. Seeing them on fancam just hits different. Btw I had no idea so many of their songs where used in anime. They should be way more popular with that going for them. How long was the set btw?
I didn’t know about the songs in anime either! This was at an anime fest and they played 3 songs from different anime shows but I didn’t shoot that part. Unfortunately, there were problems setting up Oreos keyboards and a few of Yuris drum mics so they started a little late, but the show was around an hour and forty five minutes. I’m just still stunned that they didn’t play my favorite song I Wish I!! Earlier in the day, they held an autograph session and I asked Tomo-Zo to please play Magic Umbrella Girl and she said she would and did.I mentioned that I Wish I was my fave song but alas they didn’t play it.
@@TheRobsam I'm so jealous! That's a proper show. I assumed they would play 5 or 6 songs. Well done requesting MUG, already watched it :) I wish I is my favourite song too. A pity they didn't play it indeed.

Apparently the organizers of this event chose for the stage to be that way. From what I learned, it’s been that way for every anime matsuri for 10 years now. And I agree. It’s a terrible set up for bands.
@@TheRobsam Maybe that works for anime dorks but it is weird for musicians. It is good to see J-Rock bands touring the USA a bit. Japan's rock scene is the world's best and has been since the 1990s, maybe since the 1980s.
